4.2 Handling & Processing Times

• Order Processing: Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Tracking: Once your package is scanned by the courier, an automated email containing tracking details will be sent immediately.

4.3 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and correct shipping address details at checkout. A.D HERON & G.M HERON is not responsible for misdelivered or returned packages resulting from user address errors.
